For a $20 donation to the Empire Oaks PTO, your child can have his or her name displayed on the Empire Oaks marquee in front of the school for Monday through Friday of their birthday week, for all to see!
If you would like to celebrate a summer birthday, choose one of the first weeks of school or the last week of school! Request will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All proceeds benefit Empire Oaks! Please complete the online form at least two weeks before the date that you would like your child's name posted.
Instructions:
1) Select the quantity of your order FIRST. The student birthday information form will only display AFTER you select the quantity.
2) Complete the student birthday information form before submitting your order.
